The case study focuses specifically on two of our flagship products: the Xtreme cnc milling machine and the RoboCut robotic milling system.
The study showcases how Renishaw’s advanced technologies have been implemented to improve both accuracy and efficiency:
Xtreme CNC: a high-performance machining center designed for complex, high-precision work. Equipped with Renishaw touch probes and tool setting systems, Xtreme CNC ensures full process control, reduced setup time, and fewer machining errors.
RoboCut: our large-scale robotic milling system, ideal for 3D surface machining on light materials. The integration of Renishaw alignment and auto-calibration systems significantly boosts the system’s automation and precision capabilities.
